Important Notice: Please read all of the following terms carefully before purchasing the Gooval Privilege Packs service or registering a Gooval platform account.
Gwofy HK Limited is a limited liability company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. It is a service provider offering comprehensive cross-border logistics solutions, with core businesses including international logistics transportation, freight forwarding, and cross-border e-commerce logistics solutions. On this foundation, Gwofy HK Limited operates its product brand "Gooval" and offers the "Privilege Packs" parcel comprehensive care service (Add-on Service) to the market. Gooval Privilege Packs is a logistics value-added service package, the pricing and performance of which are governed by the service agreement entered into between the relevant parties. It does not constitute any form of insurance product or financial guarantee. For the avoidance of doubt, Gwofy HK Limited is not a licensed insurer, insurance agent, or insurance broker, and Gooval Privilege Packs is not an insurance contract. All service benefits available under this Agreement may be fully provided by Gooval through its own resources and service capabilities — Gooval does not need to, and the Buyer does not rely on, any insurance arrangement to receive the care service.
We recommend that you print or save a copy of this Agreement for future reference.
This Agreement consists of the following two parts:
Gooval Platform General Terms (Articles 1 to 13), applicable to all users who access the gooval.io website (the "Site") and/or use Gooval platform features ("Platform Services"), including but not limited to users who register a Gooval account ("Platform Users").
Privilege Packs Parcel Comprehensive Care Service Special Terms (Articles 14 to 18), applicable to all buyers who purchase the Gooval Privilege Packs Parcel Comprehensive Care Service ("Privilege Packs Service") through a Partner Merchant's checkout page ("Buyers"), regardless of whether such Buyer has registered a Gooval platform account. Upon completion of the purchase of the Privilege Packs Service, you become a "Buyer" and are bound by the terms of Part II. In the event of any conflict between Part II and Part I, Part II shall prevail with respect to the Privilege Packs Service.
You purchase the Gooval Privilege Packs Service directly through a Partner Merchant's online checkout page. Gooval does not require, and does not condition the provision of the Privilege Packs Service on, your registration of a Gooval platform account. The "Eligibility" and "Your Account" provisions in Part I apply only to users who choose to register a Gooval platform account and do not affect your rights and obligations as a Buyer of the Privilege Packs Service. The purchase of the Privilege Packs Service, the scope of the service package benefits, and benefit fulfillment are all completed through Part II of this Agreement and the channels designated on Gooval's official website.
If you purchase only the Gooval Privilege Packs Service without registering a platform account: You are bound solely by Part II of this Agreement. You are not required to agree to the account-related provisions of Part I.
This Part I (Platform General Terms) applies to all of your activities in accessing the Site and/or using the Platform Services. By creating a Gooval platform account, you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement (including both Part I and Part II).
"You" as used in this Agreement:
When referring to platform account-related provisions, means the Platform User;
When referring to Privilege Packs Service provisions, means the Buyer;
If you are both a Platform User and a Buyer, both parts apply to you.
If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.
We may make changes to this Agreement and the Service from time to time to reflect changes in law, new features, or changes in business practices. The most current version will be posted on the Site. If the changes materially and adversely affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance through a Site announcement and/or email (unless otherwise required by law). Your continued use of the Platform Services or purchase of new Gooval Privilege Packs Service after the changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the revised Agreement.
You may not create a Gooval platform account or access the Platform Services unless all of the following conditions are met:
You are at least 18 years of age (or the higher minimum age required by your jurisdiction). If we reasonably suspect that your account is at risk of being used by a minor, we will deactivate or restrict your account.
You are able to enter into a binding contract with Gooval;
You are not a person prohibited from using the Service under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction;
You will comply with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations;
You have never been convicted of a felony or indictable offense (or a crime of similar severity).
Purchasing Gooval Privilege Packs Service does not require creating a Gooval platform account. You purchase the Privilege Packs Service directly through the Partner Merchant's online checkout page. You need only satisfy the following conditions: (a) you are able to enter into a binding contract with Gooval; (b) you are not a person prohibited from receiving the service under applicable law.
If you choose to use Gooval platform services (such as the benefit fulfillment tracking dashboard, historical order lookup, etc.), you need to create a platform account. Accounts may be registered using a mobile phone number or email. Please use a mobile phone number or email that is not already associated with a Gooval account. Gooval may change the account registration and association methods based on user needs or product requirements.
You understand and agree that when registering and using your account:
Account names, avatars, and profile information must not contain illegal or harmful information;
Must not use insulting, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory content;
Gooval has the right to review registration information and prohibit non-compliant users from creating or retaining accounts.
Your account is for personal use only. Without Gooval's written consent, you may not transfer, lend, or allow others to use your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and password. You shall bear full responsibility for all activities conducted using your account and password.
You shall promptly notify Gooval when your account or password is used without authorization.
You have the right to access or correct the personal data you submitted when registering your account. A written request should be submitted, and Gooval will respond within the statutory period. Gooval may verify your identity.
You have the right to delete your account. Upon deletion, your personal information, service records, and activity logs will be cleared. If you have questions, please contact us.
Purchasing and using Gooval Privilege Packs Service does not require registering a Gooval platform account. You complete the purchase directly through the Partner Merchant's checkout page, and the service benefits take effect upon purchase. Benefit fulfillment may be submitted only through the Gooval official website benefit fulfillment page; no Gooval platform account login is required. If you wish to use additional features provided by the Gooval platform (such as the benefit fulfillment tracking dashboard), you may voluntarily choose to register a platform account.
Even if you do not register a platform account, your Gooval Privilege Packs Service benefits are not affected in any way.
The complete terms of the Privilege Packs Service are set forth in Article 14 "Privilege Packs Parcel Comprehensive Care Service Special Terms" of this Agreement. Article 14 constitutes an independent part of this Agreement and is fully legally binding on Gooval and the Buyer. In the event of any inconsistency between this Article 4 and Article 14, Article 14 shall prevail.
During the process of registering an account or using the Service, you may be required to fill in and submit certain personal information necessary for the functioning of the website (such as mobile phone number, email, address, etc.) as well as identity information required by laws and regulations (such as real-name information). If the information you fill in and submit is incomplete, untrue, or unlawful, you may not be able to use the Service or may be restricted in using the Service.
Gooval places great importance on the security of personal information and will take technical measures and other necessary measures to ensure the security of users' personal information and prevent the personal information collected in this Service from being leaked, damaged, or lost. For Buyers who only purchase Gooval Privilege Packs Service without registering a platform account, Gooval will only collect and store the minimum amount of personal information necessary to perform the Gooval Privilege Packs Service (including but not limited to order number, logistics tracking number, and contact information for benefit fulfillment communication). For more information, please read the Privacy Policy.
You understand and agree that during your use of the Service, Gooval may push relevant information, advertisements, or brand promotion services to you. The Gooval Service will also display commercial advertisements, promotions, or information from Gooval and/or third-party suppliers or partners. As required by law, Gooval shall perform its obligations related to advertising and promotion. You should independently judge the truthfulness and reliability of advertisements or promotional information.
You understand and agree that the Service may embed services provided by third-party service providers. You should independently judge the truthfulness and reliability of third-party services. Disputes, losses, or damages arising from third-party services shall be resolved between you and the third party.
Within the Gooval Service, you may choose to use a third-party payment account and link a bank card for payment. You understand and acknowledge that such payment service is provided by a duly qualified third party. For Gooval Privilege Packs Service, payment is completed through the Partner Merchant's checkout page, and the cashier and payment processing are handled by the Merchant or its payment service provider. Gooval does not directly process payment settlement for the Privilege Packs Service, nor does it store your payment card information. The terms and policies of the third-party payment service provider and financial institution also apply.
Gooval grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service. The sole purpose of this license is to enable you to use the benefits of the Service in the manner intended by Gooval and permitted by this Agreement. This license and any authorization to access the Service will be automatically revoked if you perform any of the following acts:
Using the Service or any content contained in the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

At that time, it may be necessary to transfer your personal data and tax-related information to overseas tax authorities. You shall cooperate with Gooval in fulfilling your tax obligations.
Gooval's anti-money laundering policy is designed to ensure that Gooval complies with the requirements and obligations set forth in Hong Kong and international legislation, regulations, and rules to reduce the risk of the company being used to facilitate financial crime. The anti-money laundering policy sets forth the minimum standards that Gooval and its employees must observe, including:

If the tracking status shows "delivered" but you have evidence that the parcel was delivered to an address other than the one on the purchase order, please contact the carrier for correction. If redelivery fees are incurred, Gooval will bear them. If the parcel cannot be recovered, it shall be handled as loss compensation. Benefit fulfillment must be reported within 7 days from the date the tracking record is updated to "delivered."
Delayed delivery occurs when a parcel is not delivered to its destination within the agreed timeframe. The agreed timeframe standards are: for parcels shipped from a domestic warehouse, within 15 calendar days from the time of shipment; for parcels shipped from overseas, within 30 calendar days from the time of shipment. If delayed delivery occurs, you will receive a one-time fulfillment payment of up to USD 5.00 or the equivalent in local currency.

If the order has not yet been shipped, you may contact the Partner Merchant to request a refund of the Service Package Fee. If the order has been shipped, the Privilege Packs Service cannot be canceled, the paid Service Package Fee is non-refundable, but the service remains in effect until the parcel is delivered (or confirmed lost).
This Article 14.4 sets forth Gooval's service fulfillment responsibilities and internal service support arrangements.
As the Service Provider, Gooval assumes the following primary fulfillment responsibilities:
(i) Conducting real-time risk rating and dynamic scope-of-benefit determination for orders through the gooval.io platform and the Partner Merchant's checkout system;
(ii) Receiving service benefit claims submitted by Buyers and verifying relevant facts (including but not limited to logistics tracking data, carrier information, and supporting materials provided by Buyers and Merchants);
(iii) Making decisions to approve, partially approve, or reject benefit fulfillment in accordance with the scope of service package benefits and exclusions set forth in this Article 14;
(iv) Notifying the Buyer in writing of the benefit fulfillment decision (via email or the notification channel provided by the Partner Merchant);

(vi) Continuously tracking the benefit fulfillment status and providing progress updates upon Buyer inquiry.
Gooval maintains a Service Support Policy with its Licensed Partner as an internal support arrangement for the fulfillment of its service obligations under this Agreement. This arrangement does not affect Gooval's position as the sole service fulfillment responsible party to the Buyer under this Service.
(i) Upon Gooval's verification and written approval of a valid benefit fulfillment pursuant to this Article, Gooval is responsible for completing the fulfillment to the Buyer and ensuring timely payment of the fulfillment amount;
(ii) If Gooval is unable to continue fulfilling its service obligations for any reason, Gooval shall ensure that the Buyer's benefit fulfillment rights are not affected, and the fulfillment amount shall still be paid to the Buyer through Gooval or its designated settlement party.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement: (i) Gooval's service liability for any single service event shall not exceed the service liability limit corresponding to that order. (ii) This provision does not limit or exclude liability for damages caused by Gooval's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Privilege Packs Service may be obtained through the following methods; no Gooval platform account registration is required:
Purchase through Partner Merchant checkout: When checking out at a Partner Merchant's online store, you may choose to add Gooval Privilege Packs Service to your order. Upon selecting the purchase and completing the order payment, the Privilege Packs Service purchase is established. The service benefits take effect from the time the Partner Merchant completes shipment.
Service confirmation: Upon successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation notification from Gooval or the Partner Merchant (typically via email), containing your Privilege Packs Service number, service summary, and benefit fulfillment guide.
Benefit fulfillment submission: To initiate a benefit fulfillment, please submit through the Gooval official website benefit fulfillment page at https://www.gooval.io/claim (no account login required).

Registering a platform account is not a precondition for obtaining the Privilege Packs Service or submitting a benefit fulfillment. Buyers who have not registered a platform account enjoy the same Privilege Packs Service package benefits as registered Buyers.
